Terms and Conditions of Sales
Robert Maynard Photography allows you to order fine art prints for open edition, limited edition and Artist's proofs in various sizes, framing and squares. The following terms apply to all orders and sales.
01 Customer Responsible
By purchasing a print, you confirm that you have read the associated print description edition type and size as required by you.
You are responsible for supplying all required information via this website when submitting an order, including complete name, shipping and billing address, valid email address, telephone number and valid payment method. No responsibility is assumed for misdelivery due to incorrect information supplied by a customer.
You can cancel your order up to 48 (forty eight) hours after it has been placed. Please email me with your cancellation request and order number along with all contact information. Please note: the production process for your work will begin 48 hours after your order has been placed and it is therefore not possible to cancel your order after this point.
4.1You can pay to order via PayPal or bank transfer. Payment to order and all applicable delivery charges must be made in advance. UK cheques and bank transfer can also be accepted as a method of payment.
4.2 You are responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of your order details along with the relevant order reference number (attached to each image) in order for your order to be processed. When your order and payment are considered complete, processing of your goods will begin.
4.3 Once delivery of your order has been signed for as accepted, your order and payment are considered complete.
All prices of Open Editions, Limited Editions, Artist's Proofs and other prints will be quoted at the time of enquiry.
6.1 Prices shown on the website include standard delivery to UK locations (but not including Channel Islands or Isle of Man). Robert Maynard Photography can ship worldwide – please contact us for shipping prices to your location. It is your responsibility to ensure that international addresses are written clearly to avoid delivery delays.
6.2 Standard production and delivery time is 4-
6.3 Delivery will be completed when we deliver the order to the stated shipping address provided by you at the point of order.
6.4 If no one is available at the shipping address to take delivery, the courier will leave a note to reschedule delivery to your shipping address or to arrange collection from an office near your location.
6.5 The order will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery and if your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us. You must immediately inform us of any delivery rejection of the order and we will contact the courier to resolve the situation. However, we require photographic proof of damage for us to review. We will be unable to resolve any damage to goods if you fail to inform us of any damage to the order within 14 days of courier delivery receipt confirming your acceptance of the order in good condition.
6.1 Any order which has been damaged prior to delivery and which you have informed us about within 14 days of the delivery attempt (subject to the provision in clause 5-
7.2 All orders that are delivered and confirmed as undamaged, or where we have not been informed of any courier damage within 14 days of delivery, are deemed to have been accepted by you in good condition and will no longer be replaced by us for free on return of the damaged item for disposal.
7.3 Any damage caused after successful delivery is the responsibility of the customer and any replacement will be provided subject to payment of the current order price on this website.

The utmost care has been taken with this online gallery to accurately represent the finished photograph. However, due to differences in monitor settings and computer screens, the images on this website should only to be taken as a guide.
11 Copyright and Ownership
11.1 By purchasing a print from us, you understand that you own a copy of an original photograph as captured in the original creation by Robert Maynard.
11.2 Prints may not be reproduced, copied, shared electronically or used for any commercial purposes without our prior express permission and any applicable fee being paid.
11.3 It is illegal to produce copies of any work which is copyright by us, and we reserve the right to enforce any applicable laws should any breach of copyright be learned of.
